Sorry it’s been so long for an update. Super busy week getting ready for 2 spinal procedures next week and an actual surgery on my bum the week after. Didn’t do a good log this week but did log my workouts here they are.

Yeah I’ll probably down to cardio and super light weight for about 3 weeks total. The spinal procedures they are just doing a RFA, burning off about 8 nerves on my lumbar spine, typically up and running about 2-3 days after those. The surgery is pretty simple, just cutting some odd growth off my ass to be sent for testing but I’ll have to give heavy weights a rest while the stitches are in.
you doing bpc tb500 after surgery?
No probably not as my spine doc normally puts in a bunch of stem cells which according to him don’t work well with BPC 157 not sure what TB500 is but I’ll look into it. As for the ass surgery, they are just cutting out about 6sq inch of tissue to prevent further growth and figure out if it is can certain type of cancer in prone to.

@Ravenson on the light weight cardio days lets see you log the diet and cardio, many members have surgery and they can learn from you log a lot once you post your recovery plan.

First procedure went real good today but he wants at least 72 hours before I can lift and have the 2nd half of this surgery on Thursday. That puts me at having maybe 3-4 good heavy days before I have the surgery next Thursday then I’ll be down for about 2 weeks with nothing heavy.
@Ravenson dont lift heavy even if you want to, you can really get injured. Go slow on the lifting, step by step it first. Go higher volume but not heavy. and update us
