Sorry it’s been so long, last fridays procedure got postponed to the past Monday so was able to get my first gym day in nearly 2 weeks today. Procedures went great, got stem cells injected right into the traps and neck. Doc thinks it will add a good amount of growth to them, should I stop all primary trap work for awhile or just let them grow?
