Dude I wanted to square up with all the judges. I feel like there were some politics involved and I started to doubt myself for a second but in the end it motivated me to go harder for this upcoming show.

if that is true then that is a shame. it ruins bodybuilding competitions for everyone if there are biases

some of these judges are SMH awful. i mean they made jerry fucking ward a judge.

From my experience, height matters, if you're tall harder to score because muslce density and size different in pictures vs real life looking and judging guys.

But you are the champion 100% for us @Chimp

Just started Carb Cycling at week six I upped the protein to 10oz it varies between, chicken, ground chicken, ground turkey. Carbs are at half a cup of brown rice or sweet potatoes first 3 meals, last 3 meals I go with out carbs. Green veggies 1cup every meal.

Thanks man I really appreciate it I stopped beating myself up over it. At the end of the day I’m competing against myself because we know in this sport the toughest judge is your own mind. As long as I look better than what I did at my previous show and keep improving that’s all I ask out of myself.
