My bad man I was out of state, my buddy is getting married and instead of a bachelor party we camped out and climbed a mountain. I’m debating on getting a lift today because I’m feeling like a beast after spending a few days in the elevation.

I’m back from the ceremony it was a destination wedding so I was off this whole week. Today I just did a 5x5 for squat, bench and deadlift. I’ll be honest I might of drank a few days this past week ;) but here’s a physique update bros
