@Chimp I suggest you up your protein and concentrate on staying lean but getting bigger, most guy sat the arnold are thicker you'll see.
Yea I was thinking about running some deca this off season. A few people swear by it but some say don’t touch it because it’ll make your Dick useless. I feel like if I keep the dose low I wouldn’t run into that issue.

I’ve been running Proviron this current cycle but I started with two tabs (50mg) a day. But it got to the point where I was pitching a tent randomly like I was in junior high again. I now break one tab in half and take the first half in the AM and the second post workout. Also once I got back from vacation I added in S23 10mg daily, lowered Test Cyp down to 175 1x weekly and the tren E to 100 1x weekly. I thought about doing my last pin of test 2 weeks out and the tren 1 week out and running the s23 all the way through to dry out. Do you have any recommendations for when I should cut out gear? I’m currently 4 weeks out so I’m not sure if I’m cutting the gear out too soon. I just know after my last show I cut the gear out one week out and as weird as it sounds I looked a tad bit leaner a week after my show because I didn’t pin again until a month following the show.
