Last week I’ve been staying very low on carbs. We all know how shit that can feel, and ESPECIALLY when your an ectomorph body type, so I said F##k it and loaded up all morning and lunch on complex and also some starchy carbs….
Was a great pump in the end on shoulder day.
I also trained a weird way, and lots would go what are you doing, but I just wanted blood flow and pump..
Lateral raises
3 sets 10 reps
Front shoulder press
3 sets 10 reps
Bent over rear delt pulls (dumb bells)
3 sets 10 reps
REPEATED THIS 3 TIMES
Moderate weight
Blood flow was amazing
As I said, not anything I would normally do on a monthly basis. I throw this sort of stuff into shock my body once every couple of months.
