Started 5X5 last week.
Wednesday squats, barbell rows, narrow bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Thursday squats, barbell rows, narrow bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Friday squats, barbell rows, narrow/wide bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Minimal rest between sets.
As the weight increases each week the rest interval will increase.
Deadlifts will be added and may alternate with squats.
As intensity increases, days will need to be split up maybe EOD.
