Ok gents...3 weeks into 5X5. Increasing weight 1X per week. Still Wed., Thurs., Fri... Compound movements + a bit of isolation movements. Added Salmon packets to diet, 15gms protein per. Need to add way more eggs. 4 meals/ day now. Still not enough daily protein. Ran out of EAA's. Weight 174 what the ??? Down 2 lbs. We'll see in another week. I can't deal with eat, eat, eating all the time but I sure can break out the blender and drink, drink, drink. Here's a fast protein blender drink:
1 can tuna
1 cup water
1 whatever else (optional)
Meal Done!
