DIET:
0500 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder, 1c mixed berries, 2/3c protein granola, 2c vanilla Greek yogurt
0900 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed peaches and blueberries, 1 banana.
1130 - 10mg SR-9009
1200 - 2c romaine lettuce w 4oz grilled chicken, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, chopped bacon and bleu cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. 1-8oz baked, parmesan crusted chicken breast. 2 caps N2G.
1530 - 1 apple, 3 hard boiled eggs, 4 clementine oranges
1630 - 10mg SR-9009, 75mg test cyp
2000 - 1 avocado, 6oz flank steak tacos, 3 corn tortillas, 4oz cotija cheese, 3tbs salsa. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 2 caps N2G.
TRAINING: jiu-jitsu 60min
SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx. 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1g
