Approved Log Simon Doc TRT and Sarms Log

Body scan done and numbers are heading in the right direction.

04.28.23 I weighed in at 233.9 pounds at 21.2%bf, muscle mass was 107.4 pounds and fat was 49.4 pounds.

06.10.23 I weighed in at 226.9 pounds at 20.8%bf, muscle mass was 104.5 pounds and fat was 47.4 pounds.

All in all I've lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks, 3 of which was muscle and 2 was fat. I would think it's near impossible to drop weight without losing muscle mass?

Sat 06.10.23 MD TRT 160mg/week
Day 37 MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0630 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.

0700 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 N2G caps.

0900 - 2 Biscuits, 4 eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1/4c shredded cheddar. 75mg test cyp.

0930-1015 - strength training

1015 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water

1100-1200 - jiujitsu

1230 -10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1400 - 4oz grilled NY strip, 4 oz grilled chicken, 2c grilled peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes. 1.5c roasted red and sweet potatoes.

1700 - metrx big 100 cookies and cream bar

2100 - 2c quinoa, 2- 4oz jalapeno cheddar sausages from my local butcher topped w 1/4c cojita cheese. 8oz soft serve layered with fresh Bananas and local farm strawberries. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING:
Left overs from yesterday
SS1 DB incline BENCH 80-4x10
SS1 reverse hypers BW-4x15
SS2 tri cable pushdown 50-4x15
SS2 decline crunches BW-4x25
SS3 Dips BW-4x10

Jiu-jitsu - 90 minutes

SLEEP: 2230 - 0730 approx 9 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g Chondroitin 1.2g

@Simon I dont think you lost muscles, but you lost bodyfat for sure
what way are you measuring this?

1200 - 2 eight oz bacon cheddar burgers, (no buns) and 1 wagu hot dog with a bun from my butcher, 2c grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini. 1 avacado

1230 -10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1400 - 1c peaches, 1 banana, 1 scoop protein, 8oz water blended together.

1700 - 2c orzo pasta with 6oz salmon, peas, green beans, carrots and spinach.

1830 - 8oz soft serve layered with fresh 1c Mangos and pinapple

1930 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: Rest day

SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon

0930 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c mixed blueberries and peaches.

1100 -10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G, 2c quinoa, 2- 4oz jalapeno cheddar sausages from my local butcher. 5oz grilled chicken, mixed greens and romaine salad dressed with balsamic and olive oil,

1530 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk powder.

1900 - 8oz salmon and 1.5c quinoa with spinach, carrots, peas and green beans. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: Bench and Squat
Bench 185x10, 225x10, 250x6, 275x5
Squat 185x10, 225x10, 275x5

SLEEP: 2200 - 0530 approx 7.5 hours.
