0800 - 1-6oz jalapeno cheddar sausage from butcher sliced and cooked with 3 eggs
1130 - 4oz grilled chicken w 2c mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 peach
1430 - 6oz grilled pork chop, 10 grilled asparagus stalks, 1/2c mushrooms. ½ sweet potato. 1 apple.
1930 - 8oz grilled wild caught Atlantic salmon, 2c orzo bake, (orzo, vegetable stock baked with spinach, peas, asparagus and lemon) 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
