1230 - 1c cottage cheese w 1c sliced peaches
1300 - 5oz grilled chicken salad w mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and 1 avocado dressed w balsamic and olive oil.
1530 - 1 banana, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple
1700 - 1scoop protein w 2tbs psyllium husk powder and 10oz water
2030 - 3 slow cooked chuck roast tacos, peppers, avocado, white onion, cotija cheese.
TRAINING:
0400 fasted cardio. 3min run/3 min walk x 4
SLEEP: 2130 - 0400 approx 6.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
