You guys are too kind. Thank you for your comments and continued support. Feeling really good, strong and wanting to remain injury free. Still nursing some ailments, BPC157 and TB500 scheduled delivery for Monday. I will start with umbrella products and follow with napsgear.

Diet, Training and Updates
WED 07.26.23

DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

0800 - 3 eggs scrambled with 4oz chuck steak and 1/2c cheddar cheese and 1/2 avocado

1230 - 4oz grilled chicken mixed with 2c mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and blue cheese. Dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 1/2 avocado. 1 c cottage cheese. 1 peach.

1530 - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple,

1630 - 8oz beef bone broth.

2000 - 5oz grilled chicken with 2c arugala and spinach, pomegranate and cherry tomatoes dressed with olive oil, topped with feta. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

2030 - 1 slice homemade cherry pie.

TRAINING:
rest day

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

@Simon homemade cherry pie I'd like some of that :) you should take some n2slin x before the pie
 
I was pulling 365 for reps earlier in the year but this issue above my right glute, right on back is really uncomfortable. Iv been sandbagging all my lifts keeping the main lifts maxed at 225 for maintenance and to prevent injury. I'm trying to stay injury free and hoping to ramp up again after the BPC157 and TB500. I was repping 405 earlier this year when I was running a powerlifting template.

@Mobster every morning i lay on my back and stretch hamstrings with a rope, then foam roll my glutes and both upper and lower back. I then stand, with one foot on a chair and try to pull my knee across mid section to stretch out lower back. Periodically throughout the day I will stand, bend over and touch floor then walk hands out to a push up position, arch lower back to floor while looking up to ceiling and keeping my arms straight, then return to pushup position and walk my hands back to standing.

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 1 peach

1630 - 8oz beef bone broth.

2030 - 1/2 pizza made at home, (sausage, peppers, onions, olives and pepperoni) 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu only 60 minutes today. Left early for anniversary with Mrs.
