DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
1230 - 3 pieces leftover pizza, (homemade). 4oz grilled chicken mixed with 2c mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and blue cheese. Dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
1530 - 1 apple.
2000 - sandwhich night, (roast beef, turkey and ham on sliced sourdough loaf. Lunchmeat and bread came from deli) 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
