DIET:
1230 - 1 avocado, 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic. 4oz grilled porterhouse, 1 banana
1430 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c diced pineapple
1530 - 2 peaches, 1 apple
2000 - 10oz pan seared halibut over 1c wilted spinach over 2c jasmine rice topped with lemon butter caper sauce, (made at home) 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

Deadlift 245x8, 295x8, 335x6 (nothing over 225 pounds since July 25, felt pretty good)
