Day 7 of BPC157 and TB500
DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water
0830 - omelet with bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos and cheddar. 2oz of salsa and 1oz sour cream.
1200 - 2c chicken, brussel sprouts, bacon and feta bake.
1400 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic and 1/2 avocado.
2000 - 2-8oz bacon cheddar burgers from butcher over lettuce and tomato. 1 avocado. 1c baked sweet potato fries. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
TRAINING:
Back was really sore today. Squats were tough and didn't want to make it worse.
