DIET:
0500 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.

0830 - 8oz bacon cheddar burger from butcher turned into 3 egg omlete

1300 - 1 grilled chicken breast, 1/4c homemade spinach dip, barbells protein bar

1700 - 10oz grilled tri tip, 2c arugala salad with feta cheese, cherry tomatos tossed in lemon juice and olive oil. 2c homemade pasta salad, (plant based protein frfalle pasta with grilled zuchini and roasted red bell pepper. Corn, peas, feta, sundried tomatos dressed with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

1900 - 2c vanilla soft serve w 1c diced strawberries and 1/2c shaved dark chocolate. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
90 minute bike ride. Zone 2

SLEEP: 2000 - 0500 approx 9 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

@sambee38 I love the peanutbutter pretzel one, these work in a pinch. I haven't had a quest bar in a long time. Barbell makes a good one too, reminds me of a 100 grand candy bar.

1400 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic and 1/2 avocado.

2000 - 2-8oz bacon cheddar burgers from butcher over lettuce and tomato. 1 avocado. 1c baked sweet potato fries. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

1300 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin

1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.

2000 - 2 roasted chicken thighs with skin, 1 sweet potato, 1c blanched carrots and broccoli. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60 minutes

How you like the bpc and tb 500
@ballin2504 I want to believe that it is not placebo effect cause I'm only 11 days in but the minor ailments of knees, wrists and elbows seems to be noticeably better. My lower back, hips and SI joints don't see any relief yet. I've seen mixed reports of noticeable improvement in days, sometimes 2 weeks but full efficacy takes 6 to 8 weeks. Id recommend its worth a shot for anyone whos been in discomfort long enough and has the money. Also, I've only been using Umbrella products so far and will switch over to Ultima from NapsGear week 3. Thanks for asking.
