DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
0800 - 1 banana, 1 peach
1100 - 5oz grilled tri tip, 1c homemade pasta salad, (plant based protein farfalle pasta with grilled zucchini and roasted red bell pepper. Corn, peas, feta, sun dried tomatoes dressed with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
1400 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1/2 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin
1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.
1900 - 10oz grilled salmon, 1c wilted spinach, 1c sauteed mushrooms. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
