and yes your test numbers are high, long term you don't want to keep them high of course but on cycle its fine, just make sure you come off long enough to balance things back out
@SteveSmi the plan is to finish cycle at end of September and run trt, (125mg test cyp per week) for the remainder of the year with labs scheduled first week in January. I dont have any set plans for next cycle.
 
Feeling like I am coming down with a cold/cough this week but not going to let it stop me. Fast was kinda screwed last night as we were stuck at a game much later than anticipated and I wanted dinner when I got home. Fast went into 9 hour eating window instead of 8. Did manage to make up Mondays gym session today though.

I am a little concerned about the high test numbers but presume they are normal with this kind of cycle and dosage?

@RealQuadzilla40 we had a paid for BJJ seminar last night and I've cut out the early am fasted cardio in exchange for sleep this week. I think I am on the mend but will likely rest today, lift tomorrow and have BJJ Saturday, rest on Sunday, maybe. I miss my bike, we will see how I feel. Spartans cant stop Bro!, not before we conquer! I'm kinda joking, but not really. You know what I mean, I've seen those legs!

Kinda wierd, but I woke up today and it was a scheduled pin day but I didn't want to. I always pin first thing in the morning on pin days. I will pin before bed tonight but I never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to this cycle coming to an end. Anyone else?

Cough seems to be getting worse but I am feeling less congested. This is BS!

Volleyball game ran late again, screwed my eating window by an hour. Life getting lifey again.
