DIET:
1300 - 6oz barramundi and 1c jasmine rice.
1330 - 6oz grilled chicken and 2c mixed greens, cucumber, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos and blue cheese crumbles with 1/2 avocado, balsamic and olive oil.
1630 - 1 apple and 1 banana
1900 - 12oz tri tip, 1 sweet potato, 1.5c blanched green beans. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
2100 - 8oz grilled skirt, 1.5c jasmine rice and 1c steamed edamame
TRAINING:
2 hours jiujitsu
SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
