Sun 04.30.23 Day 29 Anavar/Test

DIET:
0730 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber

0830 - 3 caps N2G, 1 banana, 1 English muffins, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2oz cheese

1200 - 1/3c granola, 1c greek yogurt, 1c blueberries

1300-1400 TRAINING BB DAY

1400 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water

1600 - 1 avocado, 1c sweet potato fries, 1.5 cheesesteak sandwich, (8" sub roll, 2 slices Provolone, 6oz shaved tri tip steak)

1730 - 25mg anavar, fish oil

2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop Protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium fiber. 1 slice walnut caramel apple pie.

Mon 05.01.23 Day 30 Anavar/Test

Felt really good today. Last squat session my outside left knee was feeling weak, kind of sore. Not the case today! I have ordered some knee sleeves considering a similar issue with my elbows a while back has since resolved with elbow sleeves. Figured I'd give them a shot for knees too, added support should be good at my age!

After a week off from squat and bench I am performing to the same strength levels as I was before my rest period, this has never happened before. Max efforts coming at the end of the week for 95% rep pr's so it should be a good level of comparison against a month ago when I started. New estimated 1RM's coming!!!!

Also, MK-2866 and SR-9009 were delivered today and will start implementing into next days log. It was my understanding Anavar is known to really come through in week 4, (last week) and it has strength wise. But, I would like to give this experiment a little boost! I will post before and after photos of the test/anavar 30 day photos later today. From what I am seeing in the photos, I would really like the mid section to lean out more and faster. Although BF is dropping slowly as what I believe to be a result of the diet changes, being honest, I want results now. Even knowing this is a marathon and not a sprint I believe there is more I can be doing to expedite desired results. Again, it is an experiment, right?!? Ok, enough justifying and rationalizing, grown ass man gonna do whatever he wants, regardless.

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil

0545 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk. Breakfast burrito, (3 eggs, 6oz ribeye, 1/2c shredded cheese, 10" protein tortilla wrap)

0930 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed blueberries and peaches.

1200 - Mixed green salad, 6oz chicken. ½ avocado, olive oil and balsamic

1230 - 2 caps N2G

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 2 clementines

1645 - 1800 training

1800 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk

1830 - 2c penne pasta, 10-2oz homemade meatballs, 1c fresh mozzarella

1930 - 1 slice Carmel walnut apple pie, 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: 5/3/1 - 5's Squat & Bench Day

I think my back is coming along really good. Really wish I could flatten out that stomach! This at approx 230 pounds and 21.2% body fat.
