0830 - 3 caps N2G, 1 banana, 1 English muffins, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2oz cheese
1200 - 1/3c granola, 1c greek yogurt, 1c blueberries
1300-1400 TRAINING BB DAY
1400 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water
1600 - 1 avocado, 1c sweet potato fries, 1.5 cheesesteak sandwich, (8" sub roll, 2 slices Provolone, 6oz shaved tri tip steak)
1730 - 25mg anavar, fish oil
2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop Protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium fiber. 1 slice walnut caramel apple pie.
