Between a 3 hour am meeting and a pm dental appointment, kinda threw my routine off. Adapt and overcome, right? Done and done!
Slept really good last night, was much needed after Tuesday's training and getting my ass beat by much higher ranks for an hour. We are a mentally ill bunch to get such a kick out of putting our bodies through the physical stressors we do, but man its awesome! Like a bunch of fricken spartans or something!

0500 - 100mg test cyp
0515 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009
0545 -1 scoop protein w 10oz water 1 tsp psyllium husk. 2c greek yogurt, 2/3c granola, 1c mixed berries, 3 caps N2G
0830 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed blueberries and peaches, 1 breakfast sandwich, (2 eggs, 2 slice bacon, 1 slice cheese, 1 english muffin)
1300 - 10mg SR-9009, Mixed green salad, 6oz ny strip. ½ avacado, olive oil and balsamic, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 2 clementines
1330 - 2 caps N2G
1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009
1930 - 20 sauted shrimp, 2c jasmine rice, 1.5c wilted spinach. 2 caps N2G
TRAINING: rest day
SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
Thoughts on daily doubling electrolytes above? I wake each day feeling very dry and parched, thirsty? Is it just from the added protein in my diet? Input please.
