DIET:
0515 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009
0545 -1 scoop protein w 10oz water 1 tsp psyllium husk. 1/2c dry oatmeal mixed with 1 banana, 1 scoop protein and 10oz water, 3 caps N2G
0900 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed blueberries and peaches, breakfast sandwich, (few slices of ham, 2 slices of swiss, 1 egg on a croissant)
1300 - 10mg SR-9009, Mixed green salad, 6oz steak. ½ avocado, olive oil and balsamic, 2 caps N2G
1400-1515 TRAINING 5/3/1
1530 - 1scoop protein w 10oz water, 3 hard boiled eggs. 100mg test cyp
1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009
1930 - 12 grilled chicken wings, 6 brown mushrooms stuffed with jalepeno cheddar sausage,(from my butcher) 1 ear corn on cob, 1 medium sweet potato.
2000 - 2 caps N2G
2030 - 2 scoops Baskin Robin's jamocha almond fudge on a cake cone, (ice cream with wife and kids)
