Hot damn!!! I can officially say I am the strongest I have ever been in my entire life!!!!
When I started this stack back on April 2 my estimated max numbers were;
BENCH 330
SQUAT 360
DEADLIFT 430
PRESS 205
Yesterday, my EST 1RM for Squat has increased 40 pounds and Bench has increased 15 pounds in 5 weeks! Please note these are based on calculating 1RMs from 95% training max rep PRs. I will be looking at Deadlift and Overhead Press Friday so stay tuned.
I have read from Jim Wendler and I quote,
"Keep pushing that last set hard. This is where gains are made. Remember, it‘s better to build strength than to test it." I really only test true 1RMs anymore once, maybe twice a year. Don't need the injury and being early in the gear game I hear a lot from

Day 7 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009
DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009
0530 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 1 breakfast burrito, (6oz chorizo, 3 eggs, 1/4c shredded cheese, protein tortilla)
1015 - 10mg SR-9009
1100 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c blueberries and slice peaches, mixed green salad with 7oz chicken breast, olive oil and balsamic, 1 banana, 2 caps N2G
1530 - 10oz grilled blackened tilapia, 2 cups grilled asparagus, 1c jasmine rice, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 2 clementine.
1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009
1900 - street tacos made at home.(approx. 6 oz. braised skirt steak, ½ avocado, onion, Cilantro, 6oz questions Fresca, 4-6" corn tortillas.
2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2 caps n2g.

I will close with how grateful I am in hearing a podcast this am on Anavar and how the pumps can be so intense to thinking I am having kidney issues when really its just the lower back muscles. These pumps are becoming painful, sometimes difficult to finish all the reps in a given set when it comes to isolation work! Unreal but please sir, may I have another. Really looking forward to pulling and pressing later this week!
