Wanted 450 today, got 455. I think I'm done maxing for a couple weeks and I'm going to focus on light weight/high reps. Top of elbow has some tendonitis going on so I think a deload week might be wise. Every week my numbers are going up tho; it's addicting to want to really push my limits, but I need to let my tendons catch up.
