how many meals you push in today?
6 meals, and about to make my shake. It's almost more difficult to eat this much, as it is to train. The dbol fucked with my stomach so I'm injecting it. 30mgs every other day, nothing crazy. I'm excited to cut and see all the hard work pay off. Just sad to see my strength go down, but there's always a bulk right after the cut and I'll be even stronger. 3 weeks left on cycle before I just cruise on 250 test and 50mg npp.

you got the probiotics and digestive enzymes daily with this much food? @n8cantrell
injecting dbol will mess with your alt/ast big time I wouldnt do it
if it was messing with your stomach eat more food before/after

@starboy Yeah i was having awful gas and burps, and it fucked with my appetite. I think it's probably the oil or whatever solvent they used to make it injectible. I felt great today after injecting 30mgs last night. I'm only running it for 4 weeks to break through these plateaus. I don't think I'll get 405 on bench but I'll be happy with 385 and a 495 squat. What would you recommend for digestion? I take n2guard, 5000mg fish oil, 400mg potassium, 6000mg glucosamine/osteobiflex, 400mg magnesium. Broccoli 3 times a day and a lot of spinach at night to help with that, as well as whole grain brown rice for more fiber. I'm on the toilet 5 times a day with this much food. But it's hard to eat this much, I feel bloated all the time. I'm sure it's due to the dbol and npp. But strength is my goal this cycle so I'll take the increased bloat.

30 mins treadmill

Finally hit 100s for a full 3x8. Gotta credit it to the dbol. 90° incline, no spot or help getting them up. Feel like I can go forever, I have to force myself to not overtrain.

No I took it with my 4th meal of the day so I had plenty of food in my stomach. And thanks for the digestion advice!
