Lateral pull downs single arm 5 plates each side 4x7
Low Lateral Pulls single arm 4 plates each side 4x8
Supinated single arm cable rows 100 4x10
Neutral grip single arm Row 165 3x12
30 mins treadmill

Working on picking exercises that give me the best fatigue and executing them with high intensity. 5 plates was a big jump but I got it with clean reps.

Sleep was awful the previous night. I've developed carpal tunnel in my right hand, specifically my middle finger. It's been excruciatinly painful at night, which in turn kept me up. Kept my workout simple and got a brace. It helped a little bit last night. Hammies and calves today!

Sleep was awful the previous night. I've developed carpal tunnel in my right hand, specifically my middle finger. It's been excruciatinly painful at night, which in turn kept me up. Kept my workout simple and got a brace. It helped a little bit last night. Hammies and calves today!

start taking pre bed supps asap so you can sleep well
the carpal tunnel, you massaging it? and get infrared lamp
 
you need to look into improving mobility and flexibility. it doesn't seem like it's gonna make a difference but it makes a huge difference because when your nerves are compressed that's what causes these types of nerve issues and I promise you it's only going to get worse

Tai Chi and Hot Yoga are great ways to improve both

I'll work on implementing it. I think I've pushed the limits on this bulk.

Didn't have a good pump today, oddly enough. My last few arm days the pump has been almost painful, but I was drenched when I left. Enjoying being one of the top 10 biggest guys in the gym.
