Lat pulldown 265 3x8
ISO Row 5 plates each side 3x8 - good squeeze
Lateral pull downs
4 plates each side 2x10
4 plates + 25 2x8
Single Arm supinated Seated Row 100 3x10
Single Arm neutral grip Row 140 4x12

Adding weight to the stack for pulldowns feels pretty good. Not throwing the weight around on the iso Row any more, it's getting easier to control. Going to try 5 plates on the Lateral pulldowm machine, 4 plates plus a 25 wasn't bad at all; towards the end the squeeze got a little difficult but I was preexausted. Finished it off with light weight, slow reps. I will focus harder on cardio this next week! Excited to see what this dbol does for my bench and squat.
