@jw3man what happened to the updates?
Regarding gains, not too much to update at this point. I began the omegas on 6/15. Everything seemed OK until that Saturday 6/17. Late Saturday I got extremely lethargic, hot, dizzy, etc. Sunday when I woke I had zero energy. I sat on the couch all day. I'm not sure what happened but I stopped taking the omega Sunday morning. Monday I did my Sunday workout, and went to work. Two hours at work and I was ready pass out. I ended up taking a half day of pto and went home to lay down. Tuesday I did my lift and a jog in the a.m. I was extremely shakey but as the day went on I improved. I was pretty much back to normal on Wed. Ever since Wednesday I've been trying to cover the ground I lost. I'm not sure if it was the omegas but I won't be using them anytime soon.
I did tweak my diet a little
Coffee in the am
· whey shake with oats, ¾ cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt, tbsp of peanut butter, whey shake
· Whey shake during lift,
· 1 hardboiled egg and 3-4 oz of ground beef post work out
· 1 can of tuna, 4oz of chicken or pork loin
1 hardboiled egg, 4oz of chicken or pork
· Whey shake in afternoon with 3/4 cup of non fat yogurt with tbsp of peanut butter
· Usually 10oz of chicken with 6oz of broccoli or lettuce salad with 1 oz of light sour cream
Macros are coming in around 270-300 protein, fat 65-85, carbs 55-75
Pumps have felt tight and I do feel swelled for most of the day. My biggest issue so far is not getting enough sleep with the hours that im working. Ill update again next weekend.
