Ok it's been a minute so checking in with updates. I began using the omegas again and no issue. Doctor said just keep it to two tabs a day since im on blood thinners. Honestly I'm thinking I was catching a virus when I got sick or sun poisoning. Regarding the comments of digestive health, I've added a daily fiber supplement and everything working as it should! The diet below is pretty much the same every day. I feel like I've lot a little definition in the stomach. I have not hit cardio as hard as I was- work and family and sleep has had an impact. Pumps have been pretty good....fantastic on morning lifts! I definitely feel the EQ starting to kick in. I'll post some more photos and I had a blood test for total Testosterone that ill post
Meals
· Coffee in the am
· whey shake with oats, ¾ cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt and half a scoop of whey protein
· Whey shake during lift,
· 2 hardboiled egg and 3 oz of chicken post work out
· 1 can of tuna, 4oz of chicken or pork loin
· Whey shake, 4 oz of chicken, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt with nuts and half a scoop of whey protein
· Usually 9oz of chicken with 6oz of broccoli or lettuce salad with 1 oz of light sour cream
