Didn’t track training today. Just went in and got a big pump. Did some drop sets and rest pause just had some fun with it honestly. Was a great session and great pump and sends me off on holidays nicely. Did some movements I enjoy and did overload movements I’d previously done.
Sides:
No negative sides to report as of yet. Enjoying the extra vascularity having shedded a few kilos. All movements are flying. Will be doing some training over the course of holidays but it will be some light and pump sessions don’t wanna batter myself on a holiday
