Has been pretty stock standard hitting all macros. Happy enough with that aspect and find it relatively easy to follow, especially with a goal in mind, have slightly up the intra carbs and protein because it feels better within the session.

Fantastic session in today. Progressed everything except the hammer low row. Still tinkering around and playing with the exact right setup but better engagement today so taking that as my overload. Officially 15 weeks on the button left of cycle as of today. Going to throw in some tren to finish the cycle off for the last 12-13 weeks!
