Hello well you were 100% correct and spot on about the DIY steroid powders. Just recently the last couple weeks have developed all symptoms for heart failure.

Swelling mostly in feet ankles calves and stomach. Trouble breathing putting on socks or showering completely out of breath. Just literally the last day and a half been taking OTC water pills which is helping great with sleep because couldn't even lie down period without running out of breath can do that now.

Completely stopped and getting Chinese herbs that have been successful in treating heart failure edema and heart rate.

I have no idea on bp or heart rate but going the alternate route first to see if it can be treated then will see a doctor immediately and no it's been just over a year on this stuff before that was July 2009.

Have a very different outlook on this and know it can be treated plus the very unpleasant stuff has stopped from just some OTC water pills the last 2 days now. The first week it hit hard but seeing how it's doing as well is making me feel that it will be okay but I'm on it far as taking care of this.

Not nearly as out of breath and able to lie down and sleep literally about 70% better breathing from 1-2 OTC water pills that's why I'm going with Chinese herbs first because it's not hitting me like ER or anything now it's mainly edema and getting the heart rate back up.
