be careful with those red peppers sometimes they can irritate your gut
 
I think it's a good plan to keep your calories at 2800 that's a good idea
 
yeah there's something about ground beef and ground turkey that makes me sick
 
I've never understood why ground meat was so cheap

as long as you're getting in the Protein that's what counts
 
Adding 300mg weekly of Mast this week ( it comes monday, good lord PSL domestic shipping is fast lol) but I have never run it before so open to dosage suggestions. Adding it for final 8 so the dosages will look like this:

dosages are weekly but split in to 7 doses for ED pinning:
test prop: 175mg
test cyp (my TRT perscribed dose): 200mg
tren a: 210mg
Mast prop: 300mg
Winstrol: 30mg (final 4 weeks 50mg) daily.

Trying to slowly add on some mass instead of rapidly. Cals are still at 2800 daily (300g protein, 175g carbs, 100g fat max daily). I will also add that I ate mostly animal based/ carnivore for the past year or so; so adding carbs is not something my body is use to lol. Carb sources are white rice, potato/sweet potato, fruit, and yogurt/cottage cheese. Open to suggestions on everything. fish oil is 2400mg daily.

Chest and core:
Smith machine incline: 225x10, 225x10, 315x4, 315 x4 (225x8 135x8) drop set
DB Incline: 100x10, 90x8, 80x0
Hammer strength press: 2 plates each side x10 (3x)
Cable flys from the bottom: 100x 10, 80x10, 60x12
Cable flys from the top: 100x8, 60x 10, 40x10

Personal note I havent hit 315 in probably 15 years. Idc if its the smith machine im still fucking stoked lol.

Abs:
Machine crunch: 4x failure
Rope crunches: 3x failure
Cable sides: 3x failure

Cardio will be tonight 3 mile walk with the dog. Sundays are my take it easy on cardio day. I also had half a boston creme in full honesty lol but I tracked it.

Love the addition of the mast. It’s probably my favorite compound. Your lean enough to see good results at 300mg imo.

What’s your omega-3 intake? I see your taking 2400mg fish oil.
