Ok, yes I pretty much rested today. Made sure to get in some good food. Didn’t really check macros today. Made some yogurt soup. Had some fruits and nuts. Red meat. And some ginseng tea

Bro I wish I could enjoy this lol. I haven’t been able to sleep for more than 4 hrs a night and I can’t workout or do cardio. Sleep stack puts me to sleep but doesn’t keep me asleep.

Feeling almost back to full power. Just congested at the moment along with a headache. Did some light cardio today 15 min stair master.
Went to doctor about sleep issues. She said it might be because I’m not getting enough micro. Nutrients. I’m kind of suspicious on that since I’m currently hitting well over my rdi for everything but fiber. she also didn’t believe it had anything to do with me leaning out.
