Having a chill one today just gonna watch the footy and do some steps and mobility work. Mobility is just some basic stuff I’ve gotten over the years of coaching. Will be doing some steps as well about 10-12k
Sides:
No sides to speak of. Last year I had a lot more acne and the like using 400 mast and 400 test. This year im fairly clear. Maybe 2-3 active spots at most. I did get severe acne as a teen and went on roaccutane, so a lot of the red markings you see on my check in photos are just old acne scars that can only be cleared via cosmetic surgery. Not that pent up about it really and it’s something I’ve had. Pins have been extremely smooth @DofRandD and he’s been a top bloke in regards to queries and just general helpfulness. Will be getting bloods soon at the half way point of my cycle so all the gear can reach peak serum levels. I will be running through bloods with a “sports doctor” who specialises in bodybuilding and the varying blood values that comes with usage.
