Overall decent check in here. Nutrition has been bang on and training has progress immensely over the last few weeks. Can see I’m slowly softening out which was due to come with the decent weight increase. Defo can see density improving a small bit

Prime Flat Pec: 50x7, x7, 35x12 (both per side)
Hammer Pullover: 30x8, x9, 21.25x12 (both per side)
Prime Seated Row: 67.5x8, 50x11
T-Bar Row: 50x8, x8, 32.5x12


Lat raises and arm work done in work due to being tight on time and just got a bit of a pump on them honestly which is okay. Great session overall. Increased overall volume because my recovery has been fantastic never feel too fucked session wise. Will be slightly upping volume too on squats for lower, adductors and single leg ham work just via an extra set. Numbers are absolutely flying up🚀

Weird one today, on my final set of safety bar squats I was feeling a bit funky adductor wise. I did complete all movements but left out direct adductor work, glute bridge and leg extension because I’ve found with the extension as the weights got heavy my adductors have to stabilise a lot more. I feel totally fine with them walking around and don’t feel pain but I’m taking a smart decision and taking it easy for 2-3 days now lower wise. Not worth creating an issue in the future for the sake of doing a few more sets today. But overloaded all my big movements anyway so relatively happy and it’s enough stimulus so not a wasted session.

injury always look for those spots and take time off :)

No major sides yet I feel fantastic. Definitely notice my body temp has gone up a slight but though and I’m getting warm a bit quicker. Sleep wise that was just a shocker I had a great sleep the night after.

Big day today especially with the RDL I’m extremely pleased. Nearly snapped me in half though😂hamstring was feeling good and overloaded the isolations but again was just careful of picking up a twinge. That weird adductor thing the other day has totally gone so obviously the smart decision taking the other lower day easy. switched out the Cybex leg press. Feel I ran it extremely high and kinda hit a spot where I didn’t trust the machine to handle more load and I didn’t feel secure and comfy. So moved to a technogym 45 degree leg press which felt fantastic. Set a baseline today which I’m relatively happy with, it can also be loaded heavier so I’m extremely keen to give that a big run to end out the cycle. Otherwise extremely happy with today’s session and looking forward to a deserved rest day tomorrow.

Overall pretty meh check in. Blew off some steam and went out for the first time in 6 months on Friday. But had a great night and caught up with an old uni mate who just loved to aus.

Great session today feeling very fresh after a few days off. Heading into a new training black after running an upper lower for maybe the last 4 months. I was just feeling I’d either have a really strong back day or push day on each upper so decided to fully split up to get the most from each session. Few new movements. Incline skullcrusher which was fantastic. Pretty happy overall and really keen for pull day tomorrow
