2 kids, full time job, eating, etc. I don't climb into bed til10:30 -11PM every night usually. I get up at 4am for work.
I nap when time and tasks permit.

I walk a minimum of 8 miles a day and still hit cadio weekly.
My water intake is solid, electrolytes are always good.
Also, just finished with eq recently which adds to it.
Don't mind body monster he is the loud one in our group likes to shit all over primo, it's a running joke around here, u will catch on the more you interact with us. BM cracks us all up he says some off the wall funny shit.
I've run test and primo twice now and my results last year compared with this year is a night and day difference, I love primo.
