high quality growth hormone you don't need to run that much
it becomes counterproductive at that dose you get side effects
 
staying busy is really good
plus you're traveling the country and you're seeing some cool things
 
i don't hate the cruise
but that is a lot of gear so keep an eye on your lipids

Part of my struggle is the amount of cals I burn daily because of work and overall active lifestyle. I walk currently 8miles a day minimum by 5pm at work, as much as 12miles. The amount of stairs at work😅😅😅

I'm struggling with gaining siiize, but have definitely been achieving some + recomp and filling out🤌
I hit 250g protein daily with hiiiiigh carbs(for my activity level) and a relatively generous overall caloric surplus.

I have to shamefully admit my cals aren't consistent. But I hit my minimum macros set

200+ carb
Fats ... x? 🤣
Sugar <50g (I wish I could say I didn't break this atleast 1x a week..)
Cals 3200+

I favor beef but eat chicken/turkey often. Both daily more often than not. Need to incorporate more fish, but I'm not a fan of most of it😅
