I don’t have any. Two things I never wanted to do when I started this journey was take pictures at the gym and count my calories and macros to an exact number.
@Justlearning22 thats fair bro but as you understand knowing what you eat and how you train will help you grow and improve
you want to transform so its crucial to know your base and changed

I mostly do negative set now. I do 5-10 minutes b4 my workout and then I do the rest when I can. I wake up at 4:20 am and I’m at the gym at 5 when they open and I have to leave at 6 so I can be at work at 6:30. I wish I had the time to do all my cardio before my workout I just don’t.

I need to get a scale for my food. I was trying to figure out this app today cause I was taking pictures of my food. I didn’t know if that would show it at the end. It did not so I will start taking pictures on my phone so I can post them for tomorrow.
