Honestly I don’t look for the weight but I will start looking now. I mostly look for the most lean ground meat and the cleanest chicken. I ordered a smart scale so I think I found a good option for me. It weighs all my food and also logs it into an app on my phone so I can keep track of everything.

you have bacon but fats still low, can you up the fats? add avocado or walnuts we need 110grams of fat for your size omega 3 healthy fats bro
