Surgery went great on Monday, now two more to go. Managed to get cardio in sat-tues about an hour a day. Today was a push day but because I’m taking both the wife and the girlfriend out to shoot pool tonight I had to throw in some pull work to get a nice evening pump. Diet could have been better but still not too bad.
