Was a super busy day today so I only tracked food in my diet app but the days macros are posted below, pretty much the same thing I have been eating for w awhile.

Also reposting this from a couple logs ago hoping to get a little feedback.

Awesome last day of cycle. Will be dropping back down to TRT test only starting tomorrow. Right now my doc has me dosed at 280mg/wk. Does that sound like too much? Was thinking of dropping it down to like 175mg/wk. Also now that the cycle is over what should I do about diet? Just keep it the same low carb or go back to a more normalized macros?

@Ravenson I didnt see this part sorry bro

280mgs testosterone/week isn't too much if you feel good on it. I suggest you try 200mgs/week and see how you feel.

On the diet, I would stay low carbs and high protein even in TRT time you can recomp and get even leaner and harder.
