49 years old been on a fitness journey for 2 years, started at 156kgs and was a big boy. Currently down to 116kg
Had a setback in January of this year when my wife and I lost our daughter, took 3 months off and could not face the world, now 10 months back in and feeling stronger and fitter than ever.
Here is my current log.
• Age: 49
• Height: 6ft 3
• Weight: 116.5kg
• Body Fat % (estimated): 23.5%
Skeletal muscle mass : 53.7%

Training:

• Arms - Triceps - Biceps
• Back - Legs
• Stretch day
• Repeat

• Daily Caloric Intake: 1800 Calories

Banked each day for a week for my cheat day
• Macronutrient Split:
• Protein 35%
• Carbohydrates 30%
• Fats 35%

• MULITVITAMIN
Blood Work:
• Recent Blood Work: YES
• High red cell count - High test count
• Sodium level slightly elevated - not enough water
