DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c black, blue and razzberries mixed, 1 scoop protein, 1/2c oats, 1tsp honey and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water

1100 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 1 avocado tossed with 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and feta dressed with olive oil and balsamic.

2000 - 8oz grilled, blackened tilapia topped with peppers and onions. 2c arugula tossed in olive oil and lemon juice topped with goat cheese. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.
GEAR: 75mg test cyp.

@Simon why so much sugar at 6 am? fruits but still high in sugar why not go a bit lower carb in am and bump carbs lunch time

1700 - 2 - 4oz crabcakes from my local butcher, 6oz wild caught yellowfin tuna, 2c wilted spinach and 1c sateed mushrooms.

2230 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2300 - 0700 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

@going2cycle I don't eat again until almost noon. I've been eating either oats and berries or granola a yogurt for breakfast the last few months and figured just blend it all together and roll. I didn't think it was bad. I cannot imagine fasting until 11, 12 o'clock. What do you suggest and why?
 
@MONSTRO @chesty @CEO im down on protein right now to aid a lab scare with high ast and alt. I retest next week and will resume. What's wrong with the high fruits? There's so much contradicting info, high fruit low fruit more protein less protein, makes it difficult to know what's right and what's not.
