Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Wed 04.19.23 Day 18 Anavar/Test
DIET:
0500 - 200mg test cyp
0515 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0545 - 2/3c vanilla blueberry granola w flax seed, 1c blueberries, mixed with 3/4c greek yogurt and 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.
1130 - Mixed greens salad, 8 oz shredded chicken and ½ avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella and some croutons dressed with olive oil and balsamic. Followed by, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c of mixed sliced peaches and blueberries.
1200 - 2 caps N2G
1530 - 1 banana, 1 apple
1650 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 20mg anavar
2000 - homemade nachos, tortilla chips, 80z lean ground beef, shredded cheese lettuce, onions, salsa, jalapenos cilantro, sour cream and avacado
2030 - 2 caps N2G.
TRAINING:
Rest Day
SLEEP: 0930 - 0430 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 3/4g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
I will be increasing protein today as many of you suggest. I will also be starting two (2) separate threads for others input who are not on this thread. 1) for go to protein and intake for those above 200g a day. 2) probiotic and food digestion aids to stay regular. Thanks guys/gals, very helpful!
