Bro I wish I could enjoy this lol. I haven’t been able to sleep for more than 4 hrs a night and I can’t workout or do cardio. Sleep stack puts me to sleep but doesn’t keep me asleep.

Made my self a big pot of it today bro. But the sleep has been an issue for a couple weeks. You got any suggestions? Currently I’m on 3mg melatonin 250mg magnesium glycine 750mg gaba and 400mg valerian root

Feeling almost back to full power. Just congested at the moment along with a headache. Did some light cardio today 15 min stair master.

Went to doctor about sleep issues. She said it might be because I’m not getting enough micro. Nutrients. I’m kind of suspicious on that since I’m currently hitting well over my rdi for everything but fiber. she also didn’t believe it had anything to do with me leaning out.
