And 5 minutes in a sauna

2 Tbsp butter

A bunch of cardio
And hypertrophy


Warmup jog for 20 minutes

Hack squat 3x12
Leg presses 3x12
+sissy squats failure
+Leg extenions failure
Atg( ass to ground) squats 3x14+2

Hip abudctions 4x20
Cable Crunches 4x20

Went to go swim for 20 minutes






Lunch:
(salad)
Chicken breast 8oz
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g
Avocado 100g
1 cup onions chopped
= 551 calories(25g carbs,60g protein,31g fat)

Dinner:
8oz chicken breast
3 whole eggs
100g plain white rice

Did my pr for jerk and clean got 205
Which is 20 pound increase I don't wanna go too high with this since I got injured a while back from tryna do a clean and jerk. Even if I feel strong for it.
And risk/reward is meh especially at higher weights.

Weighted pull ups

Preacher curls 3x12+2

Ended it with a threadmill sprint.
