Rest day
Decided to take Saturday off

Also pinned again 5th pin
No blood but arm felt like it was burning alot.

Breakfast at 8:30 am
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Almonds 50g
= 403 calories(21 carbs,32g protein,25g fat)







Lunch 11:45 am
Some chilli
(Ground beef 90% leans
Black beans 1 cup
Avocado 100g
Shredded cheese 0.5 cup)
= 842 calories(52g carbs,74g protein,36g fatl






Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin 8oz
Broccoli 100g
Beans 0.5 cups
2 Yellow bell pepper
=748 calories(51g carbs,48g protein,42g fat)




Extra meal of day:
Protein shake
Chick peas 0.5 cup
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Broccoli 100g
=683 calories(36g carbs,22g fat,101g protein)


Total calories = 2676 calories(160g carbs,
255g protein,125g fat)


One thing I've noticed is that I became a bit more agitated and irritable. Moreover I just have alot of mood swings.

Nothing too crazy I'm a pretty calm person so i feel like I won't have crazy roid rage.
 
Day 30 break day
5/14/2023 sunday

Breakfast:
4 eggs
4 strips of backon
= 488 calories(2g carbs,35g protein,35g fat)



Lunch:
1 cup black beans
100 rice plain
Chicken thigh with skin






Dinner:
1 cup egg whites
Chicken breast plain
Avocado 100g

Did a light walk for 10 minutes around my neighborhood.



Extra meal:
Protein shake
1 cup Chick peas
Chicken breast 8oz
Slim jim beef stick
= 879 calories (48g carbs,110g protein,34g fat)

Total macros and calories =2723 calories(126g carbs,275g protein,132g fat)



Finished the day with 100 pushups and 50 pull ups

Noticed how bouncy I felt with bodyweight excerises with dips,pulls up and pushup and the ease of it without getting tired. I'm pretty sure I can break my prs for these.
 
Day 29

always control yourself @fart13 mood swings happen with high testosterone

Went to gym at 8:30 am
Bench 3x12+3 (compound)
135 3x12

Tricep pushdowns 3x12
Lateral raises 4xfailure +drop set 20/15/10/10
Shoulder press with dumbells 3x12+3 35
Preacher curls full rom 3x12 35
Hammer curls 3x12 30
Isolation ^

Lunch:
Broccoli 100g
Black Beans 1 cup
8oz chicken breast
=461 calories(48g carbs,68g protein,7g fat)


Did a 3 mile jog at a light pace






Dinner:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Avocado 100g
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g

Rice 100 g
= 461 calories(28g carbs,79g protein,3g fat)






Dinner: Chicken thigh with skin 8oz
Beans 0.5 cups
Roasted potatoes 0.5 cup
Avocado 100g
=882 calories(45g carbs,46g protein,59g fat)



Extra meal:
Protein shake
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Beans 0.5 cup
Avocado 100g
=840. Calories(41g carbs,103g protein,37g fat)

Total calories= 2802 calories(136g carbs,264g protein,147g fat)

Day was pretty normal I would say not feeling any adverse side effects aside from just irritation and some little acne that goes away in a few days no signs of any back acne or chest acne.
